Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have already agreed … they will keep their assets separate by drawing up a prenup before they tie the knot … TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell us … both Kanye and Kim are committed to the marriage and they are NOT signing a prenup because they’re worried the relationship might fall apart.  But they’re both business people and know given their vast wealth it’s just the smart object to do to have a prenup. 

Kim especially understands the importance of a prenup because her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, told her over and over about the necessity of having clear contracts when it came to money.

We’re also told … even though they will keep their assets separate, they will have a fat joint account for living expenses that will probably come the gross national product of a small country.

As for how much they have … some reports location Kim’s wealth at $40 mil and Kanye’s at $90 mil.  But we’re told Kim’s actually worth more than Kanye.

Robin Thicke Talks Twerking With Snoop Dogg and What Makes a Fact Gentleman

Robin Thicke is gearing up for his debut performance at the 2013 MTV EMAs!

The “Blurred Lines” singer will take the stage when the show goes down in Amsterdam on Nov. 10, as will recently announced performer Snoop Dogg. So will Thicke and Snoop team up for some twerking like Thicke did with Miley Cyrus at the VMAs?!

“I don’t think we’ll twerk on each other if that’s what you’re hinting towards,” Paula Patton‘s other half smiled when E! News asked about his upcoming performance. “But I’m very excited to be part of the EMAs and it should be a great time in Amsterdam, which is an amazing city.”

Earlier this month, Thicke joked about the controversial twerking VMA performance, telling Oprah Winfrey, “It was funny to me. It’s silly. I was walking out towards Miley, I’m not thinking sex. I’m thinking fun, you know?”

“Just remember, I’m singing my butt off,” he added. “So I’m sitting there, I’m looking up at the sky, and I’m singing. I’m not really paying attention to all that. That’s on her. People ask me, ‘Do you twerk?’ I go, ‘Listen, I’m the twerkee. I’m twerked upon. I don’t twerk myself.’”

Meanwhile, Thicke, who performed at last night’s GQ Gentleman’s Ball, revealed what qualities he thinks make up a true gentleman, telling E! News, “Well, a fact gentleman spreads love and positivity and laughter wherever he goes.”

It's Official! Jamie Dornan Replaces Charlie Hunnam in Fifty Shades of Grey

It’s officially official!

Jamie Dornan has been cast as Christian Grey in the highly anticipated film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.

The good news was announced Thursday afternoon by none other than E.L. James via Twitter.

“Stow your twitchy palms ladies… our man is here. Welcome to #TeamFifty @JamieDornan1 x”

OK, deep breaths people.

The 31-speck in time-aged Northern Irish actor was rumored to be in possession been the frontrunner to replace Charlie Hunnam after he auditioned on Friday, Oct. 18.

“He had a really good read,” a source exclusively told E! News, noting that the studio wasn’t “worried” about Dornan’s chemistry with costar Dakota Johnson.

“They think she could handle whoever the guy is.”

News first broke that Hunnam had dropped out of the coveted role in early October, giving Dornan only days to prepare for the make-or-break audition.

Novelist and screenwriter Bret Easton Ellis gave his seal of approval on Thursday, Oct. 24, telling his Twitter followers, “I think that Jamie Dornan is the perfect choice to play Christian Grey in FIFTY SHADES OF GREY. Smartest casting decision in a long time.”

And it looks like Dornan’s already got quite a roster of celebrity supporters.

Actress Kate Mara was the first to congratulate the hunk on Twitter. “Congrats to the sweetest person/scariest actor I know, @JamieDornan1 !!!!” the 30-year-old actress wrote. 

“#50ShadesOfGrey just got real. So fu$!in psyched. #blameIreland.”

Lena Dunham has also been campaigning for Dornan on Twitter ever since his name was thrown into the casting ring. On Oct. 23, the star and creator of Girls couldn’t contain her excitement.

“I’m a monstrous @JamieDornan1 fan. Wasn’t allowed to be attracted to him on The Fall bc he played a sexmurderer. 50 Shades is my big chance,” she tweeted. “Wait, Christian Grey isn’t a murderer right?”

And it’s just a matter of weeks before Dornan and Johnson hit the steamy set.

Reports claim that filming for the erotic flick will begin on Nov. 5 in Vancouver.
